fix: Android Socket.IO ws协议导致设备永远离线

- server_config.json: ws://改为http://，符合Socket.IO v4规范
- SocketIOManager: 新增convertToSocketIoProtocol方法，自动将ws/wss转换为http/https
- connect方法: 连接前自动转换协议，config一致性检查也做协议归一化
- forceReconnect: IO.socket调用前也做协议转换
- handleServerUrlChange: URL验证扩展支持http/https/ws/wss四种协议
- 清理全文件emoji符号，替换为英文日志
