fix: 修复搜索框页面加载后视觉中心偏移问题

Browse Source 
- 移除 input.form-control 的 display: flex（input 元素不支持 flex 布局）
- 显式设置 input 和 icon 容器的 padding 值确保一致
- 通过 line-height 和 padding 精确控制垂直对齐
