chore: 清理临时文件和测试文件

- 删除临时测试文件 (test-*.html, test-*.js)
- 删除临时文档文件 (GPU_ACCELERATION_USAGE.md, RENDER_OPTIMIZER_USAGE.md)
- 删除测试 HTML 文件 (argon-memory-manager.test.html, argon-performance.test.html)
- 整理文档到 specs 目录下
