fix: 统一邮件模板默认样式和语言风格

Browse Source 
- 移除 TODO 提醒邮件中的 emoji
- 统一所有邮件标题使用主题色而非固定颜色
- 统一按钮样式：padding 10px 20px、border-radius 4px、font-size 14px
- 统一间距：标题后 20px、段落间 16px/20px
- 统一语言风格：简洁正式，使用「您好」开头
- 统一引用块样式：左边框 4px 主题色
