fix: 修复浮动按钮位置异常问题

- 移除 M3 浮动按钮 hover 时的 scale 变换
- 移除 Apple 风格浮动按钮 hover 时的 translateY 和 scale 变换
- 移除移动端浮动按钮 hover 时的 transform 变换
- 保持按钮位置稳定，避免布局偏移
