feat: 添加 AI 垃圾评论检测的智能化配置选项

Browse Source 
- 添加 Prompt 模式选择（极简/标准/增强/自定义）
- 添加自动处理置信度阈值设置
- 极简模式：省 token，快速检测（100-150 tokens）
- 标准模式：平衡准确性和成本（200-300 tokens）
- 增强模式：多维度分析，更准确（300-500 tokens）
- 支持根据置信度智能判断是否自动处理
- 提供不同规模博客的配置建议
