feat: post-header 文字内容垂直居中

- 将 post-header-with-thumbnail 的文字容器从底部对齐改为垂直居中
- 使用 top: 50% 和 transform: translateY(-50%) 实现居中效果
- 优化 padding 设置，改为统一的 35px 上下内边距
- 移除属性之间的多余空行，符合代码规范
