fix: 修复 jQuery 选择器语法错误并优化加载动画

- 增强 jQuery 选择器验证，防止空选择器和中文标点导致的语法错误
- 修复 'Syntax error, unrecognized expression' 报错
- 优化加载动画：动态创建 overlay 元素，无需在 HTML 中预定义
- 改进加载动画显示逻辑，添加骨架屏和加载提示文字
- 添加详细的函数注释说明
