fix: 修复浮动按钮功能和显示问题

Browse Source 
- 修复回到顶部按钮功能，移除不存在的 easeOutExpo 缓动函数
- 移除所有浮动按钮的 tooltip 文字提示
- 删除 before 伪元素的 content 定义
- 确保按钮根据后台设置正确显示/隐藏
