feat: 添加完整的数学渲染库本地镜像

- 下载 MathJax 3 完整版本 (tex-chtml-full.js)
- 下载 MathJax 2 完整版本 (v2.7.9)
- 下载 KaTeX 完整版本 (v0.16.9)
- 包含 katex.min.js, katex.min.css, auto-render.min.js
- 替换之前的简化备用版本
- 提供完整的数学公式渲染功能
